Underlying the concept is the idea of using the trade show, where international experts meet, to interest the next generation in the vocational opportunities offered by this industry, and to assist them.

In addition to the Career Point Mark and the Career Point Pavilion, for the first time the Career Point Café will be open on the Public Days.

The offer includes:

The Career Point   Mark with its circular logo acts as a signal and signpost at the same time. It singles out the booths of the companies and associations with information on starting a career, on career opportunities, and helps students, trainees and apprentices with an interest in transport technology to find their way around.

The Career Point   Pavilion functions as an additional presentation, information and communication platform, away from the business atmosphere of the companies main stand. This area will be the main meeting place for those interested in supporting young people, training, careers – and represents an investment in one’s own future. Exhibitors can rent a fully equipped booth measuring 12 m² at special rates.

The Forum inside the Pavilion gives the companies participating an opportunity to hold lectures on themerelated job descriptions, training areas and company profiles.
