InnoTrans Career Concept

Underlying the Career Concept is the idea of exploiting the opportunities offered by the trade fair, where international rail industry experts meet, to interest coming generations in careers within the industry and to provide them with assistance to enter such professions.

Some 3 000 students from various countries including Sweden, Russia, Korea, Japan and China visited last InnoTrans.

The Career & Education Hall combines the topics of careers, training and sciences under one roof. Here are represented national and international Universities, specialized publishing companies and associations as well as also personnel and recruitment agencies.

As exhibitor of InnoTrans 2016 use the possibility and get in touch with students, trainees and young professionals with a particular interest in the railway sector. The Career Pavilion is the key area of the Career & Education Hall. It offers an additional presentation and communication platform parallel to your main exhibition booth to engage with the topics of young professionals, training and careers.

Forum

The Career Forum can be used to present your company and the corresponding career opportunities. In 45-minute timeslots will be hold lectures on topic-related occupational profiles and questions of the young professionals will be answered.

Career Point

The circular Career Point logo is highly visible and thus acts as signal and guide for students and job seekers at the same time. The Career Point allows job starters looking for potential employers to quickly identify exhibitors, providing information about career opportunities which are located outside the Career & Education Hall.

Career Tours

We will offer again daily guided Career Tours for students at this years’ InnoTrans. Those tours will lead along the exhibitors, who marked their booth with a Career Point and inform about entry and career opportunities directly their booth.

Job Wall

You can publish your current job offers online within the Job Market in the Virtual Market Place® and the InnoTrans App. Your job offers will be posted at our Jobwall within the Career & Education Hall throughout the trade fair as well.

A job offers includes a description text, a photo and a contact person with its contact details. From the date of publication the offer will be online up to 3 month. Within this period you can update your offer at any time. The start date will be determined by yourself.
