Press conferences
Exhibitors can stage their own press conferences at the Messe Berlin Press Center, where fully equipped conference rooms of various sizes are available. These rooms and their technical facilities can also be arranged to meet individual requirements. If you are planning to hold a press conference during InnoTrans 2012 please get in touch as soon as possible with Ms Maritta Voigt (m.voigt@messe-berlin.de). Because so many press events will be taking place during the fair it is essential that you contact us in advance to coordinate the timing of your own event.
Press boxes
During the fair you can rent a maximum of two press boxes at our Press Center. This will enable you to reach all those media representatives who have been unable to call at your stand. Online reservations can be made in advance until 4 September 2012. After that date reservations can only be made at InnoTrans itself.
Contribution towards costs: EUR 125 (plus VAT) per press box.

The charge will be included in the overall invoice after the close of the event.
Please not the following:
- Choose a memorable heading for the first line of your alphabetical listing
- As InnoTrans is such an international event there will be very high demand for press releases in English.

Press guide

The InnoTrans 2012 Press Guide is intended to assist journalists in making contact with all the exhibitors. It contains the names and other details about your media contacts at the fair. It will be available online and in the Media Center in hall 6.3. Entries in the Press Guide are free for all exhibitors at InnoTrans. You can submit up to three contacts. Please ensure that you include all necessary details when completing this form.

Your latest developments in the Innovation Report
In advance of InnoTrans the Press Department is organizing an Innovation Report highlighting the products and services offered by exhibitors. This is an opportunity for you to present your innovations to journalists and other interested persons prior to the fair. The Innovation Report is published online and also in a printed version. This free service is available to all exhibitors at InnoTrans. If you wish to be included in the Innovation Report please get in touch with the editorial department collaborating with Messe Berlin: Am-com Redaktion.
