Opening press conference
The opening press conference of InnoTrans 2012 will take place one day prior to the start of the trade fair, on 17 September 2012. Messe Berlin will open InnoTrans 2012 with this event, where the leading associations of the transport industry will be providing details about developments taking place in the rail sector. Messe Berlin will be reporting on new features of this event and about the current situation at InnoTrans 2012.
Press Guide
The Press Guide is intended to help journalists to make contact with all the exhibitors. It lists the names and contact details of the press officers of the various companies and provides a rapid overview of the exhibitors and associations represented at the fair. Copies of the Press Guide are available free of charge from the Press Center.
Innovation Report
Using the Innovation Report journalists can obtain details about some of the new developments on show at InnoTrans in advance of the fair. The Press Department is responsible for updating the information contained in the Innovation Report, about the products and services offered by exhibitors at InnoTrans, and for organizing its distribution. It is published online, and a printed version will also be available from the Press Center.
InnoTrans aktuell
The newsletter InnoTrans aktuell will be published each day during the fair at about 2 p.m. It provides an update on the activities taking place at the fair and can be obtained from the Press Center. In addition the Newsletter is available online under ‘Press Releases’ to journalists and other interested persons.
