The InnoTrans Webshop – Berlin ExpoCenter Online (BECO) – is the platform for ordering all the products and services required for the successful organization of your presentation at InnoTrans 2024.
To make sure your preparations run smoothly and without a hitch, we recommend:
- Early submission of your orders and adherence to stated deadlines
- Purchasing your tickets early and online. There will be no ticket sale on-site and no registration counters at the entrances.
- Timely submission of stand construction details for official approval / at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the construction period.
- Avoid the usual rush and traffic congestion on the final day of construction by making use of the early period of construction (Tuesday, 17 September 12:00 a.m – Saturday, 21 September). Alternatively, obtain an exemption permit for the Sunday driving ban for heavy vehicles and effect your deliveries on Sunday. Please note that construction of the stands must be completed by 23 September, 3 p.m. The work of decorating the stands must be completed by 6 p.m. on the same day.
- Night-time construction free of charge – 24/7
- NEW: On Friday, 27 September changed opening hours 09:00 am – 04:00 pm
- We will enable you to drive onto the Exhibition Grounds and the halls will be kept open around the clock for your stand construction work.
- Reservation of a loading zone on the Exhibition Grounds to ensure prompt unloading of stand materials. Otherwise, please take note of our traffic guide.
