Universities from Germany and abroad, trade publications, trade associations, specialist agencies, global players as well as small and medium-sized enterprises will all be presenting their services in the Career & Education Hall. Taking as its slogan ‘Creating a successful future together’, the Career Hall is the place to head for all students and young professionals. Combining the Career Pavilion, the Career Forum along with lectures and hosting individual exhibitors under one roof, this hall provides an ideal platform for establishing new contacts.

At the Career Pavilion exhibitors at InnoTrans will be able to specifically target young professionals. In addition to a regular stand in one of the 41 display halls companies can also be specially represented in the Career Pavilion with their human resource experts. Thus the pavilion offers exhibitors an additional presentation, information and communication platform for making contact with potential job applicants.

The Career Point is a logo on the stands used by exhibitors outside the Career & Education Hall to indicate that they will be providing information on careers and job opportunities for the duration of the fair. With its circular logo a Career Point is easily recognisable and acts as a signpost for interested young professionals everywhere on the exhibition grounds. It enables jobseekers to easily identify potential employers and to make direct contact with them on their stand.

Career Tour

We organize again daily guided tours for young professionals, students and pupils with an interest in the railway sector. The tours will lead along the exhibitors outside the Career & Education Hall who marked their booth with a Career Point. Competent human resources staff of the exhibiting companies will inform about career entries and career possibilities.

Exhibitors can post their latest job vacancies in the online Job Market of the Virtual Market Place®. Any vacancies which are online during InnoTrans 2018 will also be placed on our Job Wall in the Career & Education Hall for the duration of the fair. Thus jobseekers can obtain an immediate overview of the global employment market and the latest national and international vacancies of the exhibitors.
