NOTE: Access limitations for halls with direct connections to the tracks (1.2b, 2.2b, 3.2a, 4.2a, Outdoor Display)
Since the track exhibits have to be brought into position before InnoTrans begins and remain there during the following public days, in the period from 15 September to 25 September 2018 it is not possible for vehicles to access hall sides which have direct connections to the tracks. Your understanding that large and particularly heavy exhibits must be delivered/collected before/after this period is much appreciated.
In order to ensure that trade fair preparations go smoothly, we recommend that you take advantage of the first setting-up days from Wednesday (12 September) up to and including Saturday (15 September), respectively at the latest Sunday (16 September) with the aid of a special exemption to the ban on driving heavy goods vehicles in Germany on Sundays.
The 45th BMW BERLIN-MARATHON will take place on 16 September 2018. Please click here to find out more about road closures and traffic obstructions at an early stage.
During the setting up and dismantling periods setting up and dismantling passes must be worn in such a way that they are clearly visible. Additional passes can be requested free of charge at the BECO webshop and also be obtained on site from the Exhibitor Service Center at Großer Stern.
It is important that packages delivered by post or courier are labelled as follows. Please give the name of a contact person who will be available on site to accept the package.
