Autonomous railcar air conditioner
The ABK-25 autonomous railcar air conditioner with heating, cooling and ventilation modes is retrofitted to upgrade heating and air conditioning systems in passenger railcars. It has two refrigeration units based on hermetically sealed compressors with air-cooled condensers. Air is heated by the electric heaters built into the air conditioner and the water air heaters. The air conditioning is controlled by the automated control system of the railcar. If the outside air temperature falls below minus 15 °C, only the electric air heaters are used for heating. The ABK-25 air conditioner uses ozone-friendly R410A refrigerant and is designed for temperatures from minus 40 to plus 45 °C. It is characterized by energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. Frequency converters in the ABK-25 can result in energy savings of up to 40%. Over 100 ABK-25 units have been manufactured in the last two years, ordered by Ukrzaliznytsia PJSC for retrofitting in passenger railcars.
Self-contained concrete plant on a single wagon
The quality of the concrete used in railway infrastructure is crucial. Its permanent availability in a tunnel or isolated tracks is extremely important. To meet these requirements, Ateliers d'Occitanie successfully delivered a 450m long concrete train with a capacity of 250 m3 per day for the Crossrail construction site in London. The company is currently developing new onboard concrete mixing plants: a concrete wagon with a capacity of 12 m3, a concrete trainset on two wagons with a capacity of 24 m3 and trains on several wagons with an capacity of 60 to 300 m3.
New Parvalux Motor
Hepworth Rail launch the new Parvalux Motor. Hepworth, the largest distributor of the motor, has been working closely to support Parvalux’s continuous improvement and re-design of the new L3P MKII wiper motor. Areas of improvement include: increased standard IP rating; re-designed gear wheel teeth to increase load capacity; reduced backlash/operating noise level; cooling fins; gearbox collar shortened reducing bearing load; reduction in LCC due to significant brush life increase; new finishing process enhancing robustness/protection of the motor, plus many more additional improvements made, enhancing performance and aiding manufacturing processes. The motor meets all the existing specifications with little change to size and weight.
Rail milling and flaw inspection
The new YHD-G10 rail milling machine is capable of bringing badly worn rails quickly back into shape. The low-vibration, petrol engine operated machine is ergonomically designed. Compared to conventional methods of reworking rail surfaces and edges this system is more efficient and can mill up to 180 meters of rail per hour.
The new YHD-MT3 High-speed Railway Self-propelled Flaw Detection Car can detect left and right rails at the same time when running. The maximum flaw detection speed can be up to 15km/h. It is powered by a lithium battery with an adapted ultra-light weight aviation titanium alloy frame. It could be disassembled into 4 components with no more than 60 kg per component.
Catenary geometrical parameter detection in rail transit systems
The Dr.S catenary system detector, presented by CENTURAY Technology, is a high-tech appliance in rail transit systems, using a hand pushed trolley as a carrier to perform the non-contact, continuous and dynamic test of geometrical parameters, wear and mast gauge of the catenary system. Dr.S is the integrated intelligent product of mechanical engineering, electronics and computer science. It is composed of a H-type measuring trolley platform, high-speed industrial linear array camera, linear laser generator and data acquisition processor. With automatic online analysis, display and advance warning of the test information or subsequent analysis replay of test data, Dr.S provides scientific guidance for maintenance work on electrified railway catenary systems.
Real-time passenger information services in the vehicle
Keeping passengers up-to-date at all times about punctuality and connections is a key success factor for transport companies. CN-Consult is setting new benchmarks with its hardware-independent DiLoc®|OnBoard software: vehicles are supplied with data in real-time from a central system such as DiLoc|Motion or third party systems via the open Mobile Passenger Information interface developed in-house. The adapter concept created for this purpose integrates both existing and innovative hardware with current network standards. This guarantees requisite security of investment despite increasing complexity of mobile passenger information systems and the fact that lifecycles of hardware components are becoming shorter. DiLoc|Sync software currently supplies over 18,000 drivers throughout Europe electronically. Automated reception and distribution of daily speed restriction zone updates are new, as is the PDF reader, which allows two documents to be shown next to each other (split screen).
Heat exchange solutions for diesel engines
Cooling Systems Plant LLC, based in Belarus, specializes in design and manufacture of copper-brass radiators for cooling different types of coolant fluids (oil, water, antifreeze) used in high-power internal combustion engines (up to 5000 kW). The Company is exhibiting at InnoTrans for the first time with its latest range of high performance cooling systems of diesel engine of railway machinery such as main-line and shunting locomotives. One of the Company’s brand new products is mechanically bonded radiator. Bolt-on radiator does not have soldered joints and tube expander that provides a high degree of serviceability. The combination of technologies and high quality materials makes it possible to create an optimal radiator design for operation in heavy-duty conditions. The main advantages of cooling systems are exceptional reliability, high corrosion resistance, long service life and ease of maintenance.
Tram tracks are a problem for cyclists. In order to reduce the risk of accidents, Datwyler has developed a velosafe track, which prevents wheel seizing in the rail groove. Pedestrians also benefit from it as it is less likely to twist an ankle. Datwyler achieves this by screwing a safety profile into the rail groove. A track guiding plate restricts the sine curve of the track wheel and thereby increases the lifetime of the rubber profile. The entire construction can be removed at any time and without much work, for example to perform rail work. The groove has a draining channel in order to completely rinse it, so dust and dirt do not build up in the groove. With the newly developed RAILRESTORE, Datwyler is presenting another innovation. With this, one can eliminate rail breaks in shortest possible time at highest level.

The Eltek Rectiverter is a completely new concept in power conversion. It combines the functionality of a rectifier, an inverter and a static transferswitch in only one bidirectional power module. The concept is very simple: 3 appliances in 1 module. The Rectiverter has three ports - AC input, AC output and one bidirectional DC port for both input and output. During normal operation, the Rectiverter provides both AC and DC power with a total load of up to 2000W per module. The AC input is rectified, then fed to a built-in inverter for AC output. The rectified AC input is fed to a DC/DC converter for appropriate DC load output, and to batteries for charging. In case of AC (mains) failure, the DC flow is reversed from the batteries to feed the inverter for conversion to AC, and to take over the DC load. The transition from AC to DC feed is instantaneous and with no load disturbance!

FAIRTIQ is "public transport made easy". No more hassle to get the right ticket at the vending machine or in the app. With the FAIRTIQ app this is done automatically with just one click. Thanks to "Check-in/Assisted Check-out technology", the journey is recorded by geolocation with a tap on "Start". A second tap after the trip ends the journey and the optimal ticket will be charged. An automatic reminder minimizes forgotten check outs. Since the launch in april 2016 together with three transport companies, new partners have been constantly added. FAIRTIQ now has 21 partners in Switzerland, including Swiss Federal Railways, and can be used throughout Switzerland for all public transport. The use could be quintupled within a year. On the basis of high scalability, FAIRTIQ strives for an extensive international coverage. Contracts have already been signed in DE, AT and NL.
Patented manufacturing process for rubber and plastic sleepers

Now, the exhibitor also supports its customers with statements of work. Therefore, Hays Technology Solutions GmbH as independent subsidiary of Hays was founded in 2014. According to the management, the company draws on its bundled know-how and ISO-certified processes to manage customer projects reliably, efficiently and with full legal compliance. They comprise, for instance, the development and testing of train software or developments in autonomous driving. Realising a project for a Canadian train manufacturer, the Hays project team performed all system checks under real conditions on a test track.
Autonomous track inspection trolley
Track maintenance is underpinned by non-destructive inspection, using inspection trains for fast track survey, followed by manual inspections in suspect areas. I-moss has developed within the EC research project “AutoScan” an autonomously operating measurement trolley. The self-powered inspection cart can carry various inspection systems. It uses a brushless DC motor with energy recuperation and a GPS-based routing engine to execute preprogrammed inspection routes. Safety is ensured by real-time camera supervision, ultrasonic object detection and front and tail lights. The cart has been applied for the detection of rolling contact fatigue faults via electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EMATs) and for robotic ACFM inspection. A collaborative robot allows for detailed rail head inspection from any desired viewing angle. The cart has also been demonstrated for rail roughness measurement.
Carriages in a user-specific design
IBC Wälzlager GmbH has adapted and extensively expanded its comprehensive wide range program of linear motion bearings and telescopic guides to the requirements of their customers for applications in the area of railway technology. The IBC product range has new systems for door openings, steps, battery extraction, electronic-cabinets and interior parts now available. For example carriages in user-specific designs that are used in door opening systems with several locking positions of telescopic pull-outs for electronic-units, that for service purposes, have to be extendable in various positions. IBC additionally offers separable telescopic pull-outs for applications with difficult to access housings, that fulfil all safety requirements. The outstanding features of the linear motion bearings and telescopic guides of IBC include their long service life, their user friendly-handling as well as their economic-efficiency.
Test automation to optimize assembly and maintenance

Maximum protection while using standard accessories
With the InterProtect®, Intermas-Elcom has launched a new subrack which is entirely in accordance to the 19-inch standards and offers maximum protection while using standard accessories.
The ingenious and unique construction and sealing concept allows protection up to class IP66 strictly complying with all 19-inch system dimensions. An optimal EMV/ESD-protection is achieved by using a special conductive silicone sealing. Therefore, the InterProtect® is well suited for use in tropical as well as desert regions within a temperature range from -55 to +160°C.
The robust construction guarantees shock and vibration resistance in accordance to the relevant railway standards up to 20g / 200 m/s2.
The standard subrack with an overall depth of 295,4 mm is designed for PCB depths 160, 220 and 240 mm. Besides the typical 19-inch width (84 HP), special widths can be produced easily.
New electronically controlled seat for train drivers
ISRI and SKA seating specialists are working together on new generation of train driver seats, which has been optimally tailored to the wishes of rail vehicle operators. The developers based their orientation on the "Driver Seat Policy Document" of the GDL professional trade union. Particularly noteworthy is the partially electronic operation of seat adjustment functions as well as the ergonomics of seat and backrest cushions, which have been designed in accordance with the ergonomic aspects specified in the ISO TSI LOC & PAS. An integrated compressor allows the seat 7560KA/885 NTS2 to be used in rail-mounted vehicles that do not have their own compressed air supply.

Sub ballast mat: Soft spring is a constant in vibration isolation
At Innotrans 2018, KRAIBURG Purasys GmbH & Co. KG will present the newly developed sub ballast mat SBM PN 22-0.02 (25mm incl. fleece lamination) made of closed-cell material with low dynamic stiffness. The dynamic bedding modulus is only slightly higher than the static bedding modulus of 0.02 N/mm³. It is fully tested according to DIN 45673-5 and further reduces vibration and shock emissions. The sub ballast mat is supplied with the new SBM hook-and-loop-system which further simplifies laying and bonding of two mats. It can be used for underground, tram and mainline railways with axle loads up to 16t and speeds up to 120 km/h.
Working platforms for trains, as individual as each customer
When the project managers of Bodensee Railway asked for a stationary working platform roof for trains, it was clear an individual solution was required. No problem for the access technology experts from KRAUSE. Once the requirements had been defined, they designed an electrically adjustable roof working platform on both sides, which can be driven directly up to the train, thus reducing service life. Both electronic ramming protection on the train side and interrogation sensors were integrated. They measure whether the train is in the right place and whether the security door is closed. The train driver always receives the current status of the train via light signals. Maintenance and repairs can thus always be carried out safely and efficiently.
Hybrid Polymer Sleepers for city and industry
KLP® Hybrid Polymer Sleepers offer beneficial damping properties as well as optimum stiffness that mean improvements in track during its long expected lifetime of 50 years. The German Federal Railway Authority (EBA) has already approved the use of different types for operational testing. All specially engineered for their own application, and are also attractive for use in the city or industry. Additional advantages over conventional concrete and wooden sleepers are noise & vibration reduction, low lifecycle costs and weight reduction. They have high chemical resistance to moisture, acids and salts, compensate for the reduction in elasticity of the ballast in case of ballast contamination, will not break in case of derailment and have high lateral resistance making them ideal for sharp curves. In addition, the use of KLP® Hybrid Polymer Sleepers will result in a lower maintenance frequency.
New light in public transport
Lighting in trains should be sustainable, efficient and maintenance-free, and it must also be able to handle heavy loads. LCC (Laser Crystal Ceramics) produces special illuminants - with over 50% more efficiency compared to previous FL lighting systems. The requirements for railway lamps are great. Amongst others, LCC has produced for the largest private railway company in Switzerland special lighting in special dimensions and types. The existing light sources as well as the control of the interior lighting remained unchanged. The new chip generation thus solves some specific difficulties of the railway industry – efficient, environmentally friendly and no-holds-barred. LCC has its origins in Switzerland and South Korea. It differs fundamentally from LED through the organic coating and saves resources and CO2.
Bolting systems for assembly and maintenance
For a long time M-PT has been addressing the bolt maintenance. As world premiere M-PT introduces its electric torque wrench series MED. With the development of a highly sensitive Bolt Check Function, this tool is suitable for bolt maintenance. Bolted connections can be tested without turning the bolt further. In addition the MED can be equipped with a data logging software, which collects all bolting data to be read out on the PC. As authorized distributor of the Canadian manufacturer RAD Torque Systems, M-PT supplies the whole of Germany with bolting systems of high quality. The probably best known torque wrench is the E-RAD BLU. Repair, maintenance and calibration are naturally included in the service and are supplemented by the rental service.
Rail-borne work vehicles
Maschinenbau und Service GmbH offers comprehensive development, production and service expertise for tomorrow‘s vehicles and production systems. The latest products from MSG mbH – Railcar Construction Ammendorf – are rail-borne work vehicles for maintaining the Munich Underground railway network. They have been developed and manufactured by MSG specifically for this purpose. Two of these flatbed cars will be presented for the first time on the rail yard at InnoTrans 2018. Stadtwerke München ordered three flatbed railcar variants: 14 m and 21 m (extra-long) 4-axle vehicles with a loading height of 1100 mm above rail top edge, and 10 m long, 2-axle special flat cars with a loading height of 810 mm above rail top edge. The cars are equipped with: coupling point, control/command/signalling, front and rear lights, load-dependent graduated brake, bogies with disk brakes, shunter‘s stand usable on both sides, category C-II obstacle deflector and load indicator (overloading not possible).
All-round advanced recording system
Mida Solutions develops software products and other equipment for professional recording of communication in rail and public transport systems. The MidaRec recorder is an all-in-one recording platform which serves as an inexpensive total solution for all railway communication. The "all-round" approach supports all relevant communication technologies involved in the transportation and technical environments. This enables the system to easily handle the requirements of Public Announcements, Dispatchers, TETRA/DMR, and GSM-R and LTE devices. Independent accredited laboratory for ERTMS tests
Multitel is ISO17025 accredited (427-test BELAC) for tests according to ETCS Subset-026, 094, 076 (EVC) and Subset-036, 085, 116 (Eurobalise/BTM). Multitel has strong capabilities in terms of test facilities and technical staff. The company owns eight test benches for onboard testing, two full laboratories for Eurobalise/BTM test and a RBC test bench. A large team of ERTMS experts is dedicated to tests and test tools development (both HW/SW). Multitel is capable of testing complex environments with multiple real equipments EVCs, RBCs, IXLs, some of them interacting with simulators. Multitel has developed a number of tools dedicated to ERTMS test and diagnostic purposes: EVC lab, Eurobalise/BTM lab, RBC lab (including Subset-RBC), OBA, MUST, Eurobalise production test bench... Multitel provides train/track integration tests (Subset-111/112) with EVC, RBC/IXL remote testing; M-SILAB for ETCS Subsystems IoP tests.
RailClad™: The new standard for joining multi-metal system designs
While rivets and bolts have joined metals in the transportation industry for years, the major shortcomings of these fasteners is they require holes to be drilled, need special insulators, and require regular inspection. RailClad™ is produced by an explosion welding process that creates reliable, strong welds between two dissimilar metals while retaining outstanding mechanical, corrosion, and fatigue properties of the materials. Designers of rolling stock are now using carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum in train carriages. These metals get chosen for their unique properties of strength, density and corrosion resistance. RailClad™ is the new industry standard when it comes to joining multi-metal system designs. NobelClad has been fully qualified to EN15085-2 and EN ISO 3834-2 and RailClad™ is in commercial use today by leading manufacturers.
Wireless measurement value acquisition for condition monitoring
Measuring points on moveable parts (e. g. windings of a rotor in an electric motor) cannot be accessed with wired sensors. For such requirements, NORIS developed a robust and reliable solution that is based on proven technologies and provides a sensor on a moving part with energy and transmits the measurement data wirelessly via RFID to a receiver: NORIFID. The sensor system NORIFID consists of a reader that is mounted on a fixed part and a transponder with integrated measurement element that is mounted on the moving part. This measuring element can be a fixed integral part of the transponder or, if necessary, placed outside at the measuring site and wired to the transponder. Thus, NORIFID can be easily adapted for different applications.
With coolants and digitalization on track for success
OELCHECK presents the OELCHECK-App and the coolant analysis at the InnoTrans 2018. With the App, operators and service employees enter the sample data directly at the machine. With a QR-Code attached to the sampling point, the App recognizes the machine with the corresponding data. Only changes in the sample data, e.g. time of use of the lubricant, need to be completed in the App. Errors that have occurred so far when manually filling out the paper information form or when transferring illegible handwritten data are now things of the past. With the coolant analysis which was introduced last year, OELCHECK makes statements about the coolant condition, water quality, impurities, degradation products and additives. From the test results, OELCHECK draws conclusions about the condition of the machine and the coolant.
Simulator enables cooperation between driver and conductor
The system can also be used to train the driver or conductor separately. Full HD monitors show live action video of the front, rear, and sides of the train, synchronised with the simulated travel speed. A realistic sound system replicates the acoustics of the train with the driving operation and conditions. All meters, lights, and indicators operate accurately. The effect of slopes and curves on train speed are simulated realistically. The status of the simulated train can be changed to reflect different scenarios from the instructor’s stand. The instructor’s stand can launch preset scenarios and events during the simulation in real-time. Simulated radio handsets and intercoms allow communication between all four parties (driver, conductor, instructors).
Service upgrade: photo documentation of the damage
Hose damage or wear? Regarding defects and functionality of hydraulic hoses the answer to this question can be essential – not only for preventing further damages but also for liability and warranty matters. For this reason the mobile 24/7 hydraulic service Pirtek has added the photo documentation to his service. Attached to the delivery note Pirtek supplies his clients photos of the damaged hose as well as such of the new mounted one – and thus the company improves his service with a useful feature. The company’s special software for order processing, which is called MST-Online (mobile service technician online), enables this new service add. MST-Online is applied in version 4.0 at present and therefore works on the highest level of technology.
Vacuum suction machine for complex, intricate work
The Railvac™ is a self-propelled suction machine with short set up time, for surgical excavation and high performance giving the possibility for excavation with short possession times. The driverless suction machine has a power of 500 kW diesel engines connected to 3-lobe vacuum pumps with unique suction power of up to 950 mbar of vacuum. Via a 10 inch hose the material will be transported by airflow of 90 m/s into a 25 m³ material container. Ballast or clay, wet or dry, surface or deep down, the power of the Railvac is there excavating without harming the infrastructure, cables or installations. Together with a skilled operator it will give an average performance of 40 ton material per hour including emptying process, and with a peak performance of 60 ton excavated material per hour depending on track conditions.
Collision avoidance for railway applications
RailVision proudly presents its revolutionary electro-optic imaging and cognitive processing safety solution for trains, providing early detection of obstacles as well as infrastructure condition monitoring, in adverse day/night environmental conditions, from up to a 2 km range - beyond necessary braking distance and time. Visual and thermal sensors mounted on the locomotive, combined with state-of-the-art visual and cognitive scene analysis algorithms based on deep learning provide alerts on any suspicious objects. Sent to both the driver and the control center, alerts also include the object’s distance and classification (e.g. humans, vehicles, animals, rocks), allowing the driver or automatic systems to take adequate actions in a timely manner. The product line supports main line and switch yard operations. Its technology is a key part in materializing the autonomous train vision.
Railway cyber-attack protection system

From Berlin, for Berlin: The Siemens/Stadler consortium presents the first of the latest generation trains for S-Bahn Berlin. The unit nominal lifting capacity is defined according to customer needs (currently up to 37.5 tons per column). It is possible to lift a train with an iso-levelling tolerance of +/- 5 mm for an installation of 400 m. This precision is possible because of the technology used, namely the “screw/nut” technology which is extremely accurate, intrinsically safe and irreversible.
Measuring device for low and audio frequency track circuits
A new device entered the market of maintaining low and audio frequency track circuits: It is the Selective Multimeter SICO 2061 KS made by the German company Signal Concept GmbH. Used for acceptance tests and inspection it can be applied on track circuits of the world’s leading manufacturers. The meter for selective current and voltage measurement determines small signals even in places tending to be affected by high noise levels or external signals (e.g. due to neighboring track circuits). The flexible current transducer measures contactlessly track circuit currents to locate mainly electrical failures. The sturdy tester with the wide temperature range comes with many additional functions: Thus, the measuring results can be stored automatically in a scheduled period in defined intervals. Afterwards, the results are conveniently transferred to a PC with the USB data cable.

Dynamic cable clamp for Stäubli rail power connectors
The MPC Modular Power Connector range from Stäubli Electrical Connectors is used in rail power applications. On rolling stock, where the cables are regularly moved, they need to be clamped where they enter the MPC to prevent damage from repeated flexing. Stäubli has introduced a Dynamic Cable Option DCO that is directly mounted on the MPC to provide this strain relief, saving customers from producing their own devices, which are often complicated, expensive and take up more space. This type of cable stabilisation is needed on all types of rolling stock, including locomotives, electric multiple units, metros and tramways, for inter-carriage and body to motor / bogie connections. The unit can save crucial time when connecting / disconnecting carriages at peak periods, and also speeds up maintenance. The added protection for connectors and cables can also improve maintenance intervals and reduce expenditure on spare parts.
EN 45545-compliant enclosures for fire load isolation
In the event of fire, the new swibox enclosure meets the requirements for EI15 and EI30 and with its innovative fire load insulation it protects the environment from fires that are ignited by electrical systems in the control cabinet. The system meets the high requirements of EN 45545 for safety housings in rail vehicles as well as for applications in tunnels and building construction. The completely newly developed swibox sandwich construction also allows a significant weight saving compared to conventional designs. The housings can easily be adapted in size and shape to individual customer requirements and therefore offer many advantages in terms of logistics and ease of assembly.
Effective locking of electrical screw connections
In the field of electrical engineering, screws are used to achieve conductive connections. It is essential that a continuous contact pressure between the connected parts is ensured, as loosening leads inevitably to system failure. This technical situation has led teckentrup to develop the NSK E lock washer, which meets the increased requirements for electrical screw connections. Settling effects are offset by the high spring effect. At once, the special smooth underside prevents chip formation. The toothed washer surface also provides a positive-locking effect underneath the screw head / the nut, and prevents the screw connection from unscrewing.
New transportation system for persons and goods
The Terreplane Transit System uses substantially-wingless glider trains/cars traveling along 40 mm diameter ziplines. Terreplane is able to attain performance at 1/5th the cost, 1/5th the time, and 1/5th the energy relative to much transit currently served by cars, trains, and aircraft. Terreplane guideway infrastructure is similar to the towers and cables of gondolas (see image comparison), only Terreplane's transit guideways are relatively straight zipline-type guideways supported by support cables attached to the tops of the towers. Like gondola-type systems, Terreplane's infrastructure is relatively inexpensive, quiet, and easy to route above buildings, rivers, and rough terrain. Unlike gondola systems that are relatively slow and low in capacity, Terreplane vehicles can exceed the speeds of the fastest rail or maglev.

The structured light laser series ZQ1 has been developed for the most demanding measurement applications in the market. Cat two-way excavator: Mobility on rail and road
With a short rear end, the innovative rail wheel drive train and braking system for the rail wheels and the sophisticated but simple to operate control system, the Cat M323F two-way excavator sets new standards in mobility, lifting capacity and safety. Many classic two-way excavators are still equipped with a friction wheel drive. This means that the excavator‘s tyres are pressed onto the rails or roller to transfer the driving and braking forces. The disadvantages: heavy wear on one side of the tyres and often damage to safety elements in the track bed. With its independent hydrostatic rail wheel drive train, the M323F not only guarantees safe propulsion but its high ground clearance also ensures that the safety elements in the track bed are unimpaired during travel.
Front working platform with 3-in-1 chassis
A multi-purpose front working platform with innovative chassis for multifunctional use from GÜNZBURGER STEIGTECHNIK increases safety and efficiency at work, while replacing wind screens, repairing screen wipers and servicing the headlight. The front working platform is built on a stable chassis with polyamide swivel castors (Ø 200x80) and can be used and moved anywhere on all flat surfaces. It can also operate on tracks and elevated tracks. The heart of the system is the ingenious 3-in-1 chassis solution with a telescopic tube system and outriggers that are lowered by spindle jacks. The platform is 3260 mm wide with a work surface of about 4 sq.m. it can be raised, lowered and adjusted with a cable winch. Access is via a vertical ladder.
