If you are an employer looking for young talent interested in the mobility sector, you can use our Talent Stage to introduce your company to interested people.
We offer you two possibilities to discover new talents:
1. As an exhibitor of the RecruitingLAB, you can hold company presentations at the Talent Stage, where you can introduce yourself as an employer to young professionals and interested people.
2. You can participate in the Eurailpress Career Boost as a spectator and watch the pitches of young professionals. Afterwards, you can approach the presenters directly and make contact.

Single view for a stand in RecruitingLAB
You can display your job vacancies on our job wall, giving interested parties the opportunity to get an idea of the vacancies on site at the InnoTrans Campus.
Interested parties can also display your ads directly online on InnoTrans Plus via a QR code.
The Talent Stage is a modern stage area in the immediate vicinity of the RecruitingLAB in Hall 21e and offers companies the opportunity to present themselves to interested young career professionals.
In 30-minute presentations by RecruitingLAB exhibitors, interested visitors can learn what the companies have to offer and what a career start in the respective companies can look like.

At InnoTrans, free Career Tours will be conducted several times a day. These tours take you along the exhibitors who have marked their booths with a Career Point.
Participants in the Career Tours come directly to your stand and you have the opportunity to present yourself to a group of interested parties and provide information about possible career opportunities in your company.
We support young talents from all over the world. National and international associations offer awards for special efforts or ideas – the winners will be invited to InnoTrans.

Eurailpress Career Boost digital - We turn the tables!
On 26 September 2023, the Eurailpress Career Boost digital took place for the first time at InnoTrans Plus.
16 applicants from 7 countries out of the categories Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Project management, IT and PR presented themselves to recruiters in 90-second pitches: Who am I, what education do I have, what makes me stand out, what do I want to achieve and what is my motivation to work in the rail industry? Afterwards, 20 Recruiters from 5 countries were able to speak directly with the applicants in 15-minute timeslots.

How did you experience the event in the digital format as opposed to the on-site boost in 2022?
"I was very surprised how smoothly and flawlessly the virtual format went over. And that despite the fact that we had applicants from distant countries with us. The applicants were all super prepared and delivered great pitches in the livestream. The virtual version is not easy for everyone involved - after all, you don't get direct feedback from an audience, but the digital boost makes it possible for us to also connect applicants from abroad. Both formats definitely have their right to be there."
Do you think it makes sense to continue offering the digital boost in the interim year of InnoTrans? What advantages can that offer?
"Yes, it definitely makes sense. The digital boost is an opportunity for many talents from all over the world who otherwise would not have the chance to pitch in front of such an audience/recruiters at the same time. The virtual and on-site Career Boost are an opportunity for the whole industry and should definitely take place on an annual basis."
