Since the track exhibits have to be brought into position before InnoTrans begins, it is not possible for vehicles to access hall sides which have direct connections to the tracks from 18 to 28 September 2026. Your understanding that large and particularly heavy exhibits must be delivered/collected before/after this period is much appreciated.
NOTE:
Access limitations for halls with direct connections to the tracks (1.2b, 2.2b, 3.2a, 4.2a, hub27 / hall 27, Outdoor Display)
In order to ensure that trade fair preparations go smoothly, we recommend that you take advantage of the first setting-up days from Tuesday (15 September) up to and including Saturday (19 September) respectively at the latest Sunday (20 September) with the aid of a special exemption to the ban on driving heavy goods vehicles in Germany on Sundays.
