Exhibition planning

We would like to inform you about the redevelopment of the Funkturm motorway junction, which, according to current plans, is due to begin in 2027. You can find further information on this here.

Since the track exhibits have to be brought into position before InnoTrans begins, it is not possible for vehicles to access hall sides which have direct connections to the tracks from 15 to 25 September 2028. Your understanding that large and particularly heavy exhibits must be delivered/collected before/after this period is much appreciated.

NOTE:

In order to ensure that trade fair preparations go smoothly, we recommend that you take advantage of the first setting-up days from Tuesday (15 September) up to and including Saturday (19 September) respectively at the latest Sunday (20 September) with the aid of a special exemption to the ban on driving heavy goods vehicles in Germany on Sundays.
