From 13 September 2024 at 10 p.m. until 8 November 2024, there will be no S-Bahn service to BER Airport. During this period, tracks, bridges and the electronic signal box in Schöneweide will be extensively renovated. During the construction work, BER Airport can be reached via the regional express lines FEX, RE8 and RB23. In addition, a replacement bus service will be set up to replace the affected S-Bahn lines. Information on the exact locations of the replacement buses and their timetables will be published before the work begins. InnoTrans also offers shuttle services with increased frequency from the airport to the exhibition grounds.
