More efficient exhibiting, better networking. InnoTrans Plus and the InnoTrans app offer exhibitors new functions for a professional trade fair presence. From collaborative team management and digital recording of leads to precise navigation, the platform is evolving into a comprehensive trade fair tool.
InnoTrans Plus now has a new add-on for team management. Starting now, exhibitors can set up multiple contact persons with individualised access rights for their trade fair entry. The new function enables role-based collaboration - from the content manager who updates content to the shop manager who procures digital advertising materials. This makes the limitation to a single responsible person a thing of the past.
The InnoTrans App now also offers a fully integrated lead scan. Exhibitors can simply scan the tickets of interested trade fair visitors and record them as leads. An optional team function ensures that all staff members at the trade fair can access the same contacts - for seamless tracking without duplicate entries.
The technical infrastructure has also been expanded, with 2,000 beacons throughout the exhibition centre ensuring precise location tracking and intuitive navigation. An important element of an improved trade fair experience.
