The RecruitingLAB is the dedicated hall area of InnoTrans Campus. Here, companies present themselves on preconstructed complete stands provided by us and showcase their career opportunities. The exhibiting companies will be published here at a later date.

Talent Stage

Present Your Company – Inspire Future Talent

The Talent Stage is the main stage of the InnoTrans Campus and is reserved for exhibitors in the RecruitingLAB. Here, they present their companies in compact talks, giving interested visitors insights into the career opportunities they offer and what starting a career at each company can look like.

Eurailpress Career Boost

Save the date: On Wednesday, 23 September 2026, recruiters will have potential young talent served up on a silver platter. At the Eurailpress Career Boost, talented individuals from the mobility industry will introduce themselves in 90-second pitches during a moderated session on the Talent Stage. Afterwards, recruiters will have the opportunity to hold one-on-one interviews with the candidates.

Career Point / Career Tours

In addition to the full-service offer in the RecruitingLAB, you can also connect with young professionals at your main booth.

With the Career Point, you highlight your company and mark your booth on the hall plans and on InnoTrans Plus.

The Career Tour, a guided tour, departs several times a day and takes groups of up to 20 interested visitors to the exhibitors marked with a Career Point. The tours are offered in different languages and focus on specific topics.

1 Job advert (published on InnoTrans Plus and our Jobwall)
Highlighting on hall maps, InnoTrans Plus, and physical signage for your booth

Career Point booking

Jobwall

Take advantage of InnoTrans to promote your job openings and reach professionals from across the mobility industry, including more than 4,000 students and trainees.

Job postings will be visible digitally on InnoTrans Plus starting in late April and, during the trade fair, will also be displayed on our on-site Job Wall. A QR code links directly to the online posting on InnoTrans Plus. One job posting is included in each of the packages listed above.

Costs:

Package (3 job postings): 150 EUR plus VAT
Single Price (1 job posting): 60 EUR plus VAT
