InnoTrans Campus

The InnoTrans Campus has its own dedicated hall, the RecuritingLAB. This is where companies and their HR departments will be presenting their training and career opportunities. The exhibiting companies will be published here at a later date.

Note: not only the RecruitingLAB exhibitors are interested in future talent. You will find companies looking for young talent all over the exhibition centre. You can locate them using the Career Point markings on InnoTrans Plus and the hall plans.

In the RecruitingLAB you have the opportunity to get in touch with new talents. Present career opportunities at your booth and hold job interviews to find the right candidates.

Several guided tours for interested young professionals start from the RecruitingLAB every day. During the Career Tour, exhibitors with Career Point markings will be visited throughout the exhibition grounds. Participating exhibitors have the opportunity to present their company's career opportunities to several interested parties at their stands at the same time. The tours are coordinated in terms of language and focus on different topics.

Registration for the Career Tour will be possible from spring 2026. Participating exhibitors can secure the Career Point mark until summer 2026. You will find more information here soon.
