Eurailpress Career Boost
The Eurailpress Career Boost turns the game around:
Instead of companies presenting their job offers, young talents introduce themselves to the companies. This way, young talents in the railway industry become visible and can present themselves directly and easily to potential employers.
The special recruiting concept gives applicants the chance to introduce themselves to potential employers from the railway industry in 90 seconds: Who am I, what training do I have, what makes me stand out, what do I want to achieve and what is my motivation to work in the rail industry? The companies then ‘apply’ to the talents - instead of the other way round as usual. The company representatives have the opportunity to approach the participants who particularly impressed them.
The next edition of Eurailpress Career Boost digital is scheduled for September 2025.
We will inform you about the possibilities of participation here shortly!

Talent Stage
University Day
Next to the Career Boost, another highlight of the Talent Stage programme is the University Day. This takes place on the last day of the fair and gives universities and the relevant degree programmes a platform to present current case studies, research projects or even solutions, for example, or to discuss them in an open forum.
Dialog Forum - Spotlight on Talent: Attracting skilled workers, maximizing potential, shaping rail transportation
Also on InnoTrans Friday, from 10.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m., a dialog forum took place at palais.Berlin with a special focus on the topic of skilled workers. The forum was organized by the German Railway Industry Association (VDB) and the Verband Deutscher Verkehrsunternehmen (VDV).
