New colour variations for interior design
Forbo Flooring Systems is expanding its Flotex Vision FR range with three new designs: Latitude, Newport, Reflect. Twenty-four new color options can be flexibly adapted to interior design concepts.

Flotex Vision FR is a textile, flocked floor covering which has the cleaning characteristics and durability of elastic floor coverings but at the same time the anti-slip and acoustic properties of textile floor coverings. The dense surface made of nylon 66 fibres is electrostatically embedded in a waterproof, dimensionally stable PVC base material. This creates a high-density surface which can withstand high foot traffic while also retaining its tactile and acoustic properties. This makes the floor covering ideal for all types of railway vehicles.
All Flotex Vision FR designs are produced using high-resolution digital printing, allowing for accurate control of colours and patterns. This manufacturing method allows visual co-ordination The structure of Flotex Vision FR Photo: Forbo Flooring Systems with wall panels, seat cover fabrics and further vehicle interior elements. The digital library of Forbo Flooring Systems currently contains a wide range of colours with over 600 designs. Each pattern can be scaled or coloured to match samples and colour patterns according to RAL, NCS and Pantone to meet specific design requirements.
With its lightweight design of approximately 1,225 g/m², Flotex Vision FR contributes to efficient vehicle styling. It is durable, high performance and fulfils all fire and smoke protection requirements for rail vehicles in accordance with EN 45545-5: HL2.
