InnoTrans Campus is specifically designed for graduating pupils, students, apprentices and young professionals. The Campus offers you the opportunity to discover the latest products and developments in the mobility industry, as well as to get to know small and medium-sized enterprises and global players in the sector. You’ll also have the chance to network with like-minded individuals and recruiters right on-site.

We offer different oppertunities for young mobility talents to dicover and connect with the mobility sector. Have a look!

Campus Tickets

Students, apprentices, and university students can visit InnoTrans at a reduced rate with the Campus Ticket. The ticket grants access to the entire exhibition grounds and is equivalent to a standard trade visitor ticket.

Proof of eligibility (e.g., student ID) must be presented upon entry.

Group tickets for field trips are available upon request, please contact innotrans@messe-berlin.de.

RecruitingLAB

The cornerstone of the InnoTrans Campus is the RecruitingLAB, a dedicated hall area where companies present themselves exclusively with a focus on talent development and recruitment.

At the heart of the RecruitingLAB is the Talent Stage, a dedicated stage where exhibitors present their career opportunities to young professionals. The full program will be available at a later date via InnoTrans Plus.

The guided Career Tours also start at the Recruiting LAB.

Eurailpress Career Boost

The Eurailpress Career Boost offers you an exclusive opportunity.

At this event, the stage is all yours: give a 90-second pitch to recruiters from the mobility sector and show them what you’re made of.

Afterwards, you can jump straight into discussions with the recruiters you’ve managed to impress.

Take part in a unique event where talent takes centre stage and real career opportunities arise!

Career Points / Career Tours

Career Points

Are you looking for career opportunities but don’t know where to start with nearly 3,000 exhibitors? The Career Point provides an initial overview.

Companies with this label are explicitly looking for new staff or are actively involved in promoting young talent.

You can spot them on the hall maps by the “Career Point” badge, find them on InnoTrans Plus in their own campus category, and of course on site by the sticker displayed at the exhibitors’ stands.

Career Tours

Furthermore, you can take part in our Career Tours. Several times a day, these guided tours visit InnoTrans exhibitors grouped by theme.

Along the way, you’ll receive general information about the next exhibitor on the itinerary. At each stand, a representative from the exhibitor will meet you and give you a brief insight into potential career opportunities within the company.

The tours start from the information desk in the RecruitingLAB and are available in both German and English.

The tours are free of charge, but registration is required. We will provide a link to register here from the beginning of August.

Jobwall

On our Jobwall, you’ll find job vacancies from InnoTrans exhibitors.

You can find these job vacancies not only during the trade fair at the RecruitingLAB, but also online in advance on InnoTrans Plus.
