The RecruitingLAB is the dedicated hall area of InnoTrans Campus. Here, companies present themselves on preconstructed complete stands provided by us and showcase their career opportunities. The exhibiting companies will be published here at a later date.

Talent Stage

The Talent Stage is the stage of the InnoTrans Campus. This is where InnoTrans Campus exhibitors can introduce themselves in short presentations. Interested parties can find out what the companies have to offer and what a career start in the respective company might look like.

Eurailpress Career Boost

Highlight of the Talent Stage programme is the Eurailpress Career Boost, a job-matchmaking format that flips the script on the usual recruiting process. Instead of exhibitors, talents get the chance to advertise themelves in a short 90 second pitch. Afterwards, recruiters can connect directly with the talents that convinced them.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026.

University Day

The University Day on Friday, Sptember 25th offers another Talent Stage special. Universities with relevant degree programmes are invited to present current case studies, research projects and solution approaches, or discuss them in an open forum.

Career Point / Career Tours

Career Tour

Ouside of the RecruitingLAB, exhibitors are also interested in new talent and offer exiting career opportunities.

They can be identified by the Career Point markings on the hall plans and InnoTrans Plus.

The Career Tour, a guided tour that visits companies marked with a Career Point, starts several times a day.

This way, exhibitors can pitch their career oppertunities at their stand to mutliple talents at once. The tours are tailored to different languages and focus on different topics.

Students, job seekers, and school pupils can register for the tours free of charge.

The Career Point package includes:

  • 1 slot for the Career Tour
  • 1 job advertisement (published on InnoTrans Plus and the Job Wall)
  • Highlighting on hall plans, InnoTrans Plus, and physical marking for your stand

Jobwall

At the Jobwall, all vacancies of our exhibiting companies can be seen at a glance. This gives job seekers the opportunity to browse through the ads on site at the RecruitingLAB.

The ads are also displayed on InnoTrans Plus on our digital jobwall and can be accessed via QR code.
