Eurailpress Career Boost - digital
At the Eurailpress Career Boost digital, the spotlight is on young talent - not the companies.
Instead of traditional job presentations by employers, young talents take the helm at the digital event: they introduce themselves directly to the companies - authentically, straightforwardly and at eye level.
The innovative recruiting format gives young talent from the mobility sector the opportunity to present themselves personally in a 90-second pitch. Who am I? What skills do I have? What drives me? Why do I want to be part of the rail industry?
Afterwards, interested companies have the opportunity to get in touch with the talents directly on the InnoTrans Plus digital platform - the matching starts exactly where interest arises.
This year, the Eurailpress Career Boost will take place digitally on Wednesday, 17. September 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (CET) on the InnoTrans Plus online platform.
Who we look for:
• Students, trainees and graduates who want to start their career in the railway sector
• Companies that want to get to know motivated future talent
What you can expect:
🎤 90-second pitch: present yourself and your strengths live
🤝 Direct networking: connect with railway companies
🌍 International stage: talents & employers from all over the world
🚀 Career opportunities: Find internships, jobs or your entry into the industry
Why should you take part?
The Eurailpress Career Boost is more than just an event - it is your platform for making contacts, launching your career and helping to shape the future of mobility. Many participants from previous years are already working in companies that they got to know at the event.
